The Stratford garage were very good and kept me informed throughout. The only thing that hasn't happened is that I asked about a price for potentially selling my car but to date have not been contacted with a quote which is a shame.

It's really easy to make a booking, followed by a genuinely warm welcome on arrival. The WhatsApp updates throughout are a brilliant touch. Add in the coffee and croissants, and it all comes together to make a really positive experience.
