The whole experience felt very special. The Mini centre was spotlessly clean. We were welcomed and given a drink. When collecting the car in was in a glass room keeping it clean. Jack was very attentive and all members of staff were friendly.

Becky is amazing. She was so friendly and I felt like I'd made a new friend by the end of the week. Communication was amazing, I was kept up to date with everything. I would use this service again so long as Becky is there to assist me along the way.
