There were issues and delays with my new vehicle as well as confusion about pick up arrangements but the team worked really hard to resolve these and I appreciated that.

Charlotte was a credit to your Stratford branch and tried hard to find a resolution to an issue with the car ,it was BMW/MINI WARRANTY that are the reason for the score as yet again they have started to worm out helping when an issue is 100% present
