Joe & Will worked as a team from the minute I stepped into the showroom. I was able to test drive that day & get a price for the mini I was driving. The boys were able to help me work out what I wanted & get my order underway without any hassle.

There were issues and delays with my new vehicle as well as confusion about pick up arrangements but the team worked really hard to resolve these and I appreciated that.

In truth, the initial contact was poor. The centralised telephone service was unhelpful - suggesting I activate the SOS button in my Mini even with no emergency. However, when I eventually spoke with Charlotte, she was both efficient and helpful.
