To our surprise, MINI only supplies one keyfob. Our smartphones (not too old) are incompatible with Digital Key Plus and there seems to be no technical fix. We are very unhappy that we now have to spend £300+ on a second keyfob.

The sales executive Joe Mason was great to deal with. He helped us make our decision on which model to choose, kept us informed all through the process and dealt with the delivery and handover well ensuring we had enough information on the car.

The team were great, really pleased for Joe (he's a trainee). My one gripe is that we dealt with Joe, Jack, Matt and Will throughout the process. All of them were lovely and very professional, but channeling through a lead contact would make sense.

Super frustrating to call and book the EGR recall, mot and brake fluid service to drive 45 miles for them to tell me it's a two day job and they can't do it. They did the mot and brake fluid top up but I've had to rebook for the recall.
