Had a problem with the car on a Saturday morning and the service manager found me a loan car, Senior technician Luke has put himself out on a number of occaisions to come and talk to me and read error codes without an appointment to sort the problem

The service of my Mini was carried out without issues. However, no visual safety inspection report was available and no video was forwarded. I gave this feedback to Sytner and have had no response.
