The staff were very helpful but there were unknown unknowns about changing to an EV car on the Motability scheme which significantly delayed matters & complicated the EV charging point installation in ways none of us realised at the start.

Will, Joe, Louis and Jack all looked after me well from the initial visit, test drive, purchase and delivery. Although the mats/bootliner had not arrived on handover, I appreciated the knowledgable sales team giving up theirs to protect my car

Dealership act as interface between customer and Mini UK, trying to resolve issues/difficulties/ poor customer service forced upon them by the Manufacturer. Some delays with emails(technical?). Car could have been cleaner on delivery.

The customer service I received from Ed and Will at Sytner Stratford-up-on-Avon was outstanding. In fact, we took a 4 hour train journey to collect my new Mini rather than buy from a local Sytner dealer as a direct result of the excellent service.

I am not sure how to answer this question. The staff were polite. However concerned wheel alignment failure rear. After front tyres replaced due to inner damage on both. I am not sure this is all down to roads. This car is 2 years old low miles.

its not 5 because I don't like the way you maintain the investigation fee even when the fault found leads to a bill in its own right as it is fixed. Its different if the investigation ends with no further expense. Is this a Mini issue or Syntner's?

One thing stopped me from giving 5 stars - the technician's report - the poor sound quality meant an advice issue was not fully understood. 10/10 for service receptionist who understood and actioned my request for quick turnaround.

Your on line booking in system does not represent the appointment time. My appointment was at 12 noon Monday. Your Sunday auto invitation indicated an 8.30 appointment. This was confusing and annoying.

I had a full service and MOT but within 48hrs of the service a warning light was displayed. I contacted the dealership and they said I'd have to pay £150 for diagnostics. I explained it had just been serviced but they said that was the rule.

Everyone is very helpful and friendly but twice now, the loan car hasn't been ready as it had to be fuelled up, both times a good 20 mins wait. It's not the end of the world but surely the loan car should be ready to go the night before

The free complimentary wash was not very good at all. I left my car at 9.30am and was advised I would receive a call. I rang to find out was happening with my car mid afternoon and it was part way through the MOT and not even been started.

After driving in from Manchester the vehicle was given in for a service and valet. Albeit the car washed outside it came back more dirty on the inside. Also some of the issues I took the vehicle in with were not fixed so I had to visit another dealer

Friendly welcome, kept informed of issues, it was quicker than I thought it would be, lovely hot chocolate! Minor points away for not reattaching the front camera but the lady who had been dealing with me quickly came out and put it back for me.
