Will was in contact throughout, ensuring I was always informed of next steps, assisting with a choice of registration plates for example. Will rang me on the morning of delivery to advise car park was unavailable and he met me to safely take my car.

Very happy from booking in for the service/MOT in the morning and then picking the Mini back in the afternoon. It looked lovely and shiny after its wash too, which made me smile even more as I drove it home!

Was contacted by Alex Lam to ask if we would like our car evaluated while it was being serviced. We said yes. This was the second sales person to ask us to evaluate the car and never got back to us. We are still waiting for their feedback
