Ed Statham was patient and helpful during the purchase of my Mini Countryman and on the day of delivery. Will Lewis also supported by answering questions and was knowledgeable, supportive and helpful. Thank you.

We purchased 2 NEW Mini Countryman (Level 2). We did have some problems (defect/mark on new paintwork and tyre pressure problems), but Will Lewis stayed in touch and was proactive in sorting. Thank you Will. Ed was good when purchasing the cars.

My experience was very good, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and we have a good product. I found the 'complete everything online' and agree etc on a smart phone a bit daunting. That is why I have given a 4 star rating.

Even though everything went well trying to sort out my service was not a good experience. I wanted to know when my MOT was due. Your telephone lines are useless, the options did not make sense. I left message but no one called back.

The staff are very helpful when you go into the showroom, but I found this new telephone system to be very frustrating. Ultimately, I had to go into the showroom to actually speak to someone.

I had quite a stressful experience overall. Ive been with MINI for over 15 years and expect high service. I felt very messed around. I had to swop loan cars twice as they had been damaged by previous driver. One only had 12 miles of petrol in.

Felt stressed when told the car needed a transmission oil change to pass its MOT, later found out this is not the case after my husband got involved. Garage redeemed itself by removing the charge.

In truth, the initial contact was poor. The centralised telephone service was unhelpful - suggesting I activate the SOS button in my Mini even with no emergency. However, when I eventually spoke with Charlotte, she was both efficient and helpful.

At the actual mini garage at Stratford I found the staff friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the response to my call I made and received from BMW Warwick when I discovered I couldn't contact Stratford direct.

Speed of response to initial enquiry very prompt and detailed- liked the personal video. Sales team very good but unfortunately I had some issues with the handover of my mini which was delayed 3 times so just took the shine off the whole process.
