Friendly welcome, kept informed of issues, it was quicker than I thought it would be, lovely hot chocolate! Minor points away for not reattaching the front camera but the lady who had been dealing with me quickly came out and put it back for me.

Overall service was good but it was annoying being asked to take my car in at 8:00am for it to sit waiting until 16:00 before anything was done. I had cancelled 2 classes because of no transport when perhaps I could have taken it in at midday?
